Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Saving Genius Hub Ltd ("Saving Genius," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Saving Genius platform, website, and related financial technology services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Definitions

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or have the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information; and
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Account Registration and Security

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep such information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Use a strong and unique password for your account;
• Notify us immediately at support@savinggeniushub.com of any unauthorized access or security breach; and
• Not share your account access credentials with any third parties.

Saving Genius provides digital saving and wealth-creation tools designed to help users secure their financial future. Our primary offerings include:

Important: Saving Genius is a financial technology platform and is not a bank or licensed deposit-taking institution. All custody of funds, payment processing, and banking services are provided by our partner banks and custodians, which are licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and insured by the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).

Fees, Yields, and Liquidation Terms

All savings and fixed deposit tenures are subject to the specific maturity periods chosen upon account creation.

Early Termination & Withdrawal: Early withdrawal or liquidation of funds from a Genius Target Account or Genius Fixed Account prior to its mature tenure constitutes a breach of the agreed terms. Such early liquidations will attract surrender charges, administrative breaking fees, or result in the forfeiture of accrued interest/yield, as set out in our operational guidelines.

We reserve the right to modify yield rates or administrative fees with reasonable notice to active users.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform or services to:

• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities;
• Conduct transactions associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit acts;
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or business information;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of our digital systems; or
• Circumvent any security or access controls implemented on the platform.

Compliance and Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, you agree to provide all requested documentation and information for identity verification. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to complete required verification steps or comply with regulatory standards.

Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, brand names, software, interfaces, and intellectual property associated with the Saving Genius platform are the exclusive property of Saving Genius Hub Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform components without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saving Genius, Saving Genius Hub Ltd, and its officers, directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of:

• Your use or inability to use the platform or services;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• System downtime, network failures, or technical interruptions; or
• The actions or services provided by partner banks, licensed custodians, or third-party providers.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Saving Genius, Saving Genius Hub Ltd, and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including:

• Violations of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior;
• Failure to comply with verification or KYC requirements; or
• Extended periods of account inactivity.

Upon termination, any outstanding savings balances will be processed and disbursed to your verified bank account, subject to the resolution of any compliance flags and deduction of applicable fees.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your relationship with Saving Genius shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, such disputes shall be referred to and resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with Nigerian arbitration laws. The arbitration venue shall be Benin City or Lagos, Nigeria.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
